The acting Spanish Prime Minister, Mariano Rajoy, insisted via his Twitter account that his administration “will continue to act with firmness and proportion to guarantee compliance with the law in Catalonia.” He made his statement yesterday evening, after the Catalan Parliament approved unilateral action in a plenary session vote on the conclusions of the working group on the Constituent Process.
